The North Hornell Police Department and the Village of North Hornell would like to remind our residents that riding any sort of ATV or UTV on Village Streets is NOT permitted at any time.

 

Please be aware of the rules and regulations and permitted areas when riding an ATV or UTV.

BUILDING PERMITS
Building Permits are a requirement for many home projects. Please contact village hall if you are unsure if you need one. You can find the forms on the Code Enforcement page or go to the Forms page. There is a FEE ($) for starting work without a Building Permit!!

CONTRACTOR INFORMATION
List of contractors who are licensed to work in the Village contractors that were licensed in 2023 are still valid to work in the village until February 1, 2024 without penalty.  $10.00 for this license can be paid at Village Hall.
A $50.00 Fee will be assessed to any contractor beginning work in the Village of North Hornell without a paid license and updated Insurances.
